Our support path is intended for legitimate platform operation: reseller account access, device onboarding, activation code issues, DNS assignment, profile reload behavior, STB model selection, media player selection, overlay settings, renewals, credits, and account security questions.
For faster support, include the device MAC address shown in the app, the device ID, the reseller account involved, the assigned DNS slot, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, private portal URLs, or customer-sensitive information unless support specifically requests it through an approved channel.

If you believe you found an account access issue, exposed route, unauthorized device command behavior, or another security concern, report it privately through the listed support path. Do not publicly share portal URLs, activation codes, API responses, database files, credentials, or device records.
